We offer custom printing services using DTF (Direct-to-Film) and sublimation technology. By submitting a design for custom printing, you confirm that you own all rights to the design or have obtained necessary permissions. Dynan is not responsible for copyright infringement related to customer-submitted designs.
We strive to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. For custom printing orders, full payment is required before production starts.
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom printing orders may require 5-7 business days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
We ship within Pakistan through reliable courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Dynan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dynan is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges for standard products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Due to the personalized nature of custom printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your design carefully before placing an order.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dynan and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
For custom printing services, you retain ownership of your submitted designs. However, you grant Dynan a non-exclusive license to reproduce your design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You warrant that your design does not infringe on any third-party rights.

You shall not: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit harmful or malicious code; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (e) engage in fraudulent activities; or (f) harass or harm other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
